Reporting to the Service Manager your role will include, but will not be limited to: • Repair of AC drives to component level and retest to ensure full functionality. • Liaising with customers via telephone and email to resolve Service related issues. • Analysis of completed Service Request Forms. • Repair data entry. • When required, visit customer sites around the world to resolve Service related issues. The ideal candidate will have: • Ideally qualified to a minimum of HNC in Electronics or equivalent. • Previous electronic repair experience. • Strong IT skills particularly Excel and Sage are essential. • Good organisation skills with high attention to detail. • Good communication skills and telephone manner. • Smart appearance, polite manner.
