Financial Planning Administrator

Our client is a young Financial Advising Firm looking to find exceptionally talented and hard-working long-term team members to join their busy and growing team.

This role is working within the Financial Administration team acting as a pivot point between the Regional Managers, Paraplanners and Financial Advisors.

They require someone looking to further their career in Financial Services and already have at least 18 months experience working within financial services, specifically with experience of dealing with pension providers. They are able to offer a range of career progression opportunities and training to the right candidate who is looking for longevity in a role.

The ideal candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail, the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and be confident and efficient dealing with both providers and clients on the phone.

Main Responsibilities

  • Processing new Leads, consisting of scanning, uploading and inputting information into their CRM system

  • Working closely with a member of the Regional team and providing administrative support when 'On-Boarding' new clients

  • Sending Letters of Authority to pension providers and requesting all necessary information to perform a review of their existing scheme

  • Contacting pension providers on a daily basis to chase outstanding information

  • Processing and logging received information on our CRM system

  • Analysing received information and establishing if there are any anomalies, performing calls to providers to establish any issues

  • Using software to create projections and to compare performance and cost of current schemes with products available

  • Arranging telephone meetings for clients with our team of Financial Advisors

  • Recording, updating and managing all client details in the CRM system

  • Preparing transfer paperwork for clients once a recommendation is accepting

  • Booking appointments for clients with document signing agents

  • Processing transfer paperwork once received, scanning and uploading to the CRM and inputting details onto providers systems. Resolving any issues once the transfer is in progress to ensure a swift transaction for the client

  • Providing project support to the management team, often involving assistance with ad-hoc administrative tasks
