No two days are ever the dame in recruitment however typical duties will consist of the following.

  • Providing first hand support to the Recruiting Manager
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
  • Discussing job roles with candidates in detail
  • Organizing and planning interviews
  • Working through a back log of applicants for various roles
  • Assessing candidate suitability
  • Completing general administration duties
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Liasing with candidates to book interviews

Experience Required:

  • Experience in a similar industry, ideally a recruitment background
  • Strong organization skills
  • Good communication skills
  • IT Literature

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (Full Time) 9am-5pm / 8am-4pm
