The Head of Mathematics is seeking a motivated Maths graduate who has previous experience supporting children and earned at least a 2:2 in your degree. We require someone who can inspire, motivate and challenge our pupils to achieve the standards and results required. The ideal individual should be able to communicate effectively and evidence a desire for a career in education. You will possess the capability to build working relationships with those around you.
At this ambitious school, as a Maths Teaching Assistant you will be supporting full-time within the Maths Department across Key Stage 3 & 4. You will be tasked with providing additional support to individual pupils or small groups to enable them to overcome barriers to learning and make or exceed expected levels of progress.
