Our client a respected and successful Family Owned Main Dealer in Burton on Trent, has requested our assistance in the recruitment of an experienced Car Sales Controller.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager your role will involve managing the New & Used Car Sales team to ensure achievement of the department's financial and volume objectives whilst exceeding customer expectations consistent with the dealership.
You will be responsible for the performance and sales process control of your team, ensuring that each member is achieving their targets with regards to volume, margin, F & I and additional products. You will also effectively organise the preparation, marketing and display of your stock.
You will be a professional, an excellent communicator at all levels and have good organisational and time management skills.
You will quickly gain the trust and respect of your team who recognise your ability and integrity whilst building strong relations with peers, motor group senior management and the brand manufacturer.
You are an individual who leads by example and knows how to close a deal, with a conscientious approach to work and an enthusiastic positive personally which motivates others.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you currently or have recently been, working in a franchised car dealership either as a Sales Manager, Sales Controller or Senior Sales Executive who has had additional responsibilities (not just selling) and now seeking escalation in your career.
Preference will be given to applicants who have a proven and stable employment record.
