Fantastic opportunity for a driven, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join a well established, family run company that specialise in sign design and production. This is an entry level, apprentice role and the successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of the business from design and manufacturing to production, I.T and web design in the heart of beautiful Worcester.

This position is ideal for school leavers or anyone who has just completed their GCSE's and is seeking an exciting new challenge.

What we are looking for is ATTITUDE. The successful candidate MUST be someone who will make use of this fantastic opportunity and turn it into a SUCCESSFUL CAREER. You will be working alongside some of the best in the business and be shown how every aspect of the business works. This position will play a key role in assisting with the development of the company.

Key responsibilities will include:
Welding and Fabrication (training provided) Working CNC Brake press & Guillotine. Health and Safety exposure and ability to maintain a clean and tidy environment at all times. Making built up lettering inc Perspex. Powder coating and wet spraying. Vinyl work and sign fitting. General sign works and helping out in all areas.
The successful applicant will have a positive aptitude for 'hands on' production work as well as the basic I.T requirements needed.

The apprentice pay will be in accordance with National Minimum wage for anyone 16 and over.
