A market leading insurance organisation who pride themselves on the service they deliver to their customers are looking to recruit a Claims Manager to lead a team of Claims Handlers.

You will work closely with a Technical Leader and will play a key part in devising claims strategy and operating principles and will lead, manage, motivate and develop your team in a manner that will maximise their potential and their contribution to the business.

You will need to demonstrate extensive experience of handling high value and complex property claims to a high standard so you are able to support and act as a referral point for your team.

You will demonstrate how you have led claims teams during surge periods and will have a good knowledge of claims best practice and principles.

You will be used to a fast paced environment and will exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills.
