Reporting to a Contracts Manager, the Site Manager will be responsible for Social housing Regeneration Projects around Birmingham area. Typical works can vary from kitchens and bathrooms, re-wires, new windows and doors, boilers and radiators. The Site Manager is required to lead an entire site team, responsible for health and safety, resources allocation, team management, planning and monitoring progress of projects, budget management, procurement of materials and technical queries.
We are looking for experienced candidates who can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in the management of housing projects, together combined with commercial skills and the ability to organise, plan and control site teams whilst remaining focused on delivering the project within the commitment of the contract.
