Property Support Officer
Immediate Start - Property Support Officer - 2 - 3 weeks contract

Your new role
An administrator with experience in either property management or planning application processes. You will liaise with agents, legal advisers, clergy, wardens, tenants, utility providers and Local Authorities. You will also organise repairs and maintenance which will involve managing a wide range of suppliers including architects, surveyors, engineers, project managers and building contractors as well as administering workflow processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience of Property Management or Planning Application Processes. You will have experience of tendering and negotiating property maintenance works as as handling confidential information. You will also have good communication skills and be able to arrange and administer meetings.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid between £14 - £16 per hour
