To carry out administrative duties, as required by the Transport & Fleet department. These will include: - providing excellent customer service to Fleet Users, ensuring vehicle service, maintenance and repair costs are minimized and that full compliance with all relevant legislation is delivered and maintained. Client DetailsFleet ManagementDescription Ensure service, maintenance and rectification costs are maintained efficiently Maintenance of Head Office FMS System Ensure authorization numbers are issued for all service and maintenance repairs General supplier invoice input Order fleet maintenance cards and fuel cards Maintain and update driving licences Assist on budget preparation Assist in vehicle order preparation Assist in communication with insurers on loss Process parking tickets Process travel documents Fleet card and fuel card Check vehicle document details against Fleet system Input and validate branch KPI's Run reports, as required Set up forms, as required Profile Knowledge of company administration procedures would be advantageous Ability to communicate effectively at all levels General fleet administration knowledge Fleet Management System working knowledge (or similar data management systems) Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint General knowledge of interactions between Transport & Fleet Management and other departments within the Group General knowledge of interactions between Transport & Fleet Management and external clients and suppliers Building Customer Loyalty - Effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Communication - Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
