CANDIDATES WILL DEMONSTRATE OR POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
?Speak French fluently
?Be customer focused with flexibility around working hours
?Possess excellent interpersonal skills
?The ability to work effectively under pressure
?A responsible attitude
?The ability to work both as a member of a team and on own initiative
?Previous call centre experience in a customer service environment would be advantageous but not essential
