My client are leading specialists within the print industry. They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team. Day to Day duties will include the following: * Working within the office supporting the client services team * Interpreting client data to produce packing sheets and outer pack labels * Raising carrier labels * Providing carrier PODs to clients * Raising purchase orders * Working with the client services & operations teams * Will need strong excel and organisational skills, it's a very busy and demanding role As a person you will need the following qualities & experience: * Ability to use management systems/Raise PO's * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbal and written * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively * Ability to work as part of a small team and on own initiative * Working within a similar industry would be advantageous but not a necessity Office Workforce are responsible for thousands of temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent vacancies across the Midlands.
