Service Desk Analyst - West Midlands - Permanent Service Desk Analyst - West Midlands - Permanent This is an opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading financial institutes. This organisation is massively expanding and has several IT Infrastructure projects already underway. Key responsibilities: - Active Directory and Windows Server experience - Provide 1st and 2nd Line experience - Exposure of working to SLA's and KPI's - At least 2 years IT support experience - Networking knowledge covering LAN / VLAN / WAN technologies - Printer installations - Pragmatic approach to problem solving - Experience of dealing with telecommunication systems Desirable qualifications: - ITIL Certified - HP Certificate - Microsoft qualifications - Experience in a law firm or service sector industry If you have the relevant skills, please apply or alternatively contact Reece Jones on *************
