Service Desk Analyst - West Midlands - Permanent

This is an opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading financial institutes. This organisation is massively expanding and has several IT Infrastructure projects already underway.

Key responsibilities:

  • Active Directory and Windows Server experience
  • Provide 1st and 2nd Line experience
  • Exposure of working to SLA's and KPI's
  • At least 2 years IT support experience
  • Networking knowledge covering LAN / VLAN / WAN technologies
  • Printer installations
  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Experience of dealing with telecommunication systems

Desirable qualifications:

  • ITIL Certified
  • HP Certificate
  • Microsoft qualifications
  • Experience in a law firm or service sector industry
