This is a new opportunity for an established recruiter to join a dynamic, rapidly expanding fintech company where you will be instrumental in helping us to grow our business!

The role???

You will ensure high levels of talent are identified and on-boarded. You will work closely with hiring managers to build high performing teams whilst working to build an exciting employer brand.

What you will be doing...

  • Recruitment of new talent: filling roles with the best people the market has to offer.

  • Advertising/Sourcing: Posting adverts, actively head-hunting, reaching out to passive candidates and creating a strong talent pool. Networking (online, events etc.).

  • Build Stakeholder relationships and work with them to establish process and coordinate interviews and ultimately reach hiring decisions.

  • Maintain paymentsense recruitment brand: Ensure that any person, who comes into contact with paymentsense has a positive experience and receives full feedback.

  • On-boarding: Ensure a smooth transition from offer through to employment, including sending out contract packs, scheduling inductions, preparing the welcome pack/ flirt kits, being a point of contact for them throughout notice period.

  • Continually share ideas and knowledge with the team and wider business to up skill yourself and others around you.

  • Adopt the relevant processes, procedures and policies to ensure a consistently high level of work. Where necessary identify short-falls and suggest improvements for the process and procedures, and/or the applications - we want your ideas!

  • Assist with other Recruitment/HR duties as required.

What you will bring???

  • Strong experience with recruitment, including head hunting and building candidate pools and pipeline.

  • Experience hiring within a high-growth business.

  • An understanding of recruiting for support and/or sales preferable within technology space would be highly advantageous.

  • Experience hiring for a variety of roles

  • A genuine passion for people and developing their skills/careers.

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with differing needs.
