Location: Warwick town centre

Our busy client located in Warwick town centre is seeking an experienced PA or Secretary to provide support to the organisation to cover for an interim time frame.

Key Duties:

"Provide administration support to the senior management team
"Take all minutes during Board level meetings and distribute accordingly
"Organise and setup meetings within the organisation
"Answering incoming calls and dealing with a professional manner
"Effective diary management for the management team
"General administration duties as and when required

Key Skills/Experience Required:

"Extensive minute taking experience is essential for this position
"Excellent IT skills in using MS office packages
"Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels professionally
