16k 22k plus car allowance and OTE. Other company benefits include healthcare after 12 months.

The Recruitment Brief:
Our client now has an exciting opportunity for an Industrial and Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Worcester

The successful candidate must understand the labour market and possess skills in the attraction, selection and deployment of candidates ensuring that they are appropriately qualified for local and national client needs. Your main aim will be to maximise branch gross margins and branch operating profit through the management of every business transaction reflecting the values of our client.

The Person Spec:
Ideally have knowledge within the industrial recruitment sector although other recruitment disciplines will be considered.

You will ideally need to be a passionate and self motivated person and have strong sales, networking and client development abilities, excellent time management and organisational skills, strong business acumen and a passionate desire to succeed and build a career. You will have the ability to be proactive, meet deadlines, liaise with people at all levels, work accurately and respect confidentiality
