Customer Care Advisor - German Speaking

We're looking for a Customer Care Advisor with fluent German to join us on a permanent basis.Customer Care is where we aim to stand out and differentiate ourselves from other companies in our space. Key responsibilities

  • Effectively responding to calls, emails and live chat in a busy Customer Care team and being the first point of contact for our German customers in the pharmacy and of support to the greater Customer Care Team.
  • Delivering a high standard of customer care to all customers
  • Assisting the other teams within MedicAnimal as reasonably required
  • Managing prescriptions and validations to vet clinics
  • Handling queries responsibly with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work on own initiative in bringing excellent and thorough service quality

Desired Skills & Experience

  • German language skills are essential - equivalent to native speaker level, both oral and written
  • Customer Service experience desirable, ideally within a similar environment
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Great team worker, adaptable, approachable and able to work in the friendly and unique working environment provided by MedicAnimal

Our offices are based a few minutes' walk from Dollis Hill underground station (Jubilee Line). The contact centre is open 6 days a week, and 40 hour working weeks will be in shifts to accommodate this. Typically working days are on either 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm shift (Monday to Friday), as well as 8am - 12am / 10am - 2pm (Saturday).
