We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant, for a small friendly industrial based office in Welshpool

The role is responsible for over 500 suppliers, over 400 invoices on Sage 50. This is a Full time permanent office based opportunity within a friendly established company based in Welshpool. Salary GBP16,500- GBP18,000 DOE working hours 8:00AM- 4:30PM Monday to Friday

- Inputting & matching of invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries and ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely manner subject to the cash flow needs of the business
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Regular review of the ledger with the intention of correcting any issues

The right candidate:
Over 1 years accounts/purchase ledger experience within an office environment.
Efficient knowledge of IT skills including: Microsoft packages.
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
Ability to prioritise and use incentive.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
