They are currently recruiting for a number of Administrators to join their Accounts department. Their Accounts department is responsible for organising the financial and accounting affairs including the preparation and presentation of appropriate accounts and the provision of financial information for managers. Positions include Accounts Reconciler and Document Management Administrator.


Working within one of the finance teams your duties could include:

  • Ensure supplier invoices are received by the deadline given
  • Ensure service providers are notified of queries held on invoices within agreed timescales
  • Investigate query causes and responses and seek satisfactory resolution
  • To achieve targets set throughout the month by deadlines given
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to internal and external queries
  • Prepare and send out chase letters and monthly statements
  • Obtaining missing documentation

Skills and Experience:

  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with other software would be beneficial
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to problem solving
  • A flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business
  • Administration experience
  • Some exposure to accounts would be ideal (purchase ledger, invoicing)
  • Educated to at least GCSE (or equivalent)
