Our Ledbury based client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator/Receptionist to join their team.

Key tasks required by you are as follows:

*First in line on the phone - fielding calls for the sales team and transferring calls to the different departments
*Filing
*Raising carrier labels for courier deliveries
*Noting transport despatch information
*Matching sales orders to despatched paperwork
*Matching POD's to invoiced paperwork
*Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
*Meeting and greeting visitors - signing them in and making drinks
*Ordering and collecting lunch for meetings
*Raising EDI orders
*Keeping customers updated on the progress of orders
*Faxing/emailing proof of deliveries and delivery notes to customers on request
*Finding notes out for sales office for month end queries

Working hours are 9-5 with a 45min break
