We are recruiting for a part time Sales Ledger Clerk in Redditch. You will be printing Sales Invoices from the import and export software Data Freight for all offices, posting Sales Invoices & Credits on the Sales Ledger Accounts on Sage Line 50 for all offices, keeping up to date Sales Invoices files in numerical order. You will be dealing with approximately between 800-1000 Invoices per month and posting Sales Ledger Receipts and reconciling on Customer Account for all offices. You will be reconciling Sales Ledger Accounts and Processing Monthly Statements and producing Monthly Aged Debtors Reports.

Further duties will be chasing outstanding sales invoice's & duty VAT invoices via email or telephone and dealing with queries on the Sales Ledger via email or telephone. This is a fast paced business with a high volume of transactions so accuracy is an essential part of the position we would prefer someone with Sage Line 50 and Sales Ledger experience and someone who is local to Redditch. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm and the role may be temporary - permanent or permanent.
