An opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Assistant in a growing, forward thinking IT consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start and progress a career within administration and assist in providing support in all aspects of the business and provide clerical support. You will assist with the daily running of the business along with providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance Manager. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: - Answering the phones and making external phones calls. - Emailing internal/external - Monitoring/logging of office stationery. - Assistant to Quality Assurance Manager -Typing up documents and organising files. - Good verbal and written communication skills - Be efficient and reliable - Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be expected to communicate via email and on the telephone - Basic IT skills - To be able to use their initiative and work autonomously - Keen to progress and learn.
