We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to become part of a dynamic and growing business. The company supports all aspects of IT, from network maintenance and installation to data backup services. We also specialise in the support of business SME infrastructures.

With bases in Aldridge (head office) & Tamworth we generally cover a Midlands area client base. However we work throughout the whole of the UK with clients in London, Scotland and Jersey.

Duties

1st line technical support for client support tickets, raised by clients and senior management

Answering telephones and dealing with customer enquiries

Remote management of client equipment & systems

PC, Server, communication equipment, hardware and software installation and support

Telephone and ecommerce order taking and dispatching

On-site field engineer installation and support

Requirements:

Must have at least 6 months current experience in a 1st/2nd line helpdesk support role
particularly in a MS Windows environment

Willingness to learn

Flexible working hours

Access to own vehicle

Adaptable to changing demands and circumstances

Good basic / working level knowledge of network equipment (Routers & Switches)

Good basic / working knowledge of Windows OS

Some Knowledge of Windows Server OS environments advantageous
