Job Details

A leading tyre company are looking for a Fleet Administrator for their Nordic region. You will need to have fluent Swedish and have excellent customer service skills and have a methodical and thorough approach to your work. You will ideally have experience of working within the automotive industry but this is not essential as training will be given. Some knowledge of using SAP would be useful.

The Role: As Fleet Administrator you will be expected to: -

* To ensure Dealers are paid in accordance with the company terms.
* To ensure compliance to Fleet Policy on all contracts.
* To build internal and external relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
* To Manage Masterdata within the SAP system
* To improve Fleet and Company Profitability.

To be successful in the role you will have:

* Speak fluent Swedish and English
* Methodical and thorough approach to work, with particular emphasis on attention to detail
* Tyre knowledge (Training will however be provided)
* Experience in Microsoft office products
* High commitment to customer service levels, with a professional telephone manner
* The ability to liaise, communicate and negotiate effectively
* The ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
* The ability to work to targets and timescale
* Team player essential
