One of our Ember Inns collection, The Royal Oak is a well performing business, currently enjoying a massive increase in sales and taking around £24,000 a week. The business is well situated on Manor Lane, near Hagley Road and junction 3 of the M5. The Royal Oak benefits from a large outdoor seating area, enticing guests to dine outside in the gardens. The new Kitchen Manager will support the business by further driving food quality, and delighting the locals - a great opportunity for a first appointment!

Kitchen Manager role:
Overseeing food ordering
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
