We are looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk/Administrator.

Knowledge of Quickbooks / Sage required.

Must be experienced in all aspect of the Accounts function;

  • Reconciliations - Bank, Supplier Statements etc
  • Credit Control
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Invoicing
  • Payroll (training will be given on the software)
  • AAT qualified OR significantly time served.

Must be able to work under pressure & in a small team. Accuracy & a positive attitude are the main attributes required.

Knowledge of Confidential Invoice Financing & Pension reporting would be a distinct advantage, but full training will be given.
