Office Manager for a Wedding Invitations Manufacturers
We are looking to recruit an office manager for our small but dynamic wedding invitations manufacturing company. This is an enjoyable role and will involve mainly replying to email, some basic designing, answering telephone calls, dealing with customers.
We are based in Digbeth, Central Birmingham and are one of largest suppliers of Wedding Invitations in the UK. We are essentially an online business and serve many customers both in Europe and the rest of the world.
We are looking for someone to Manage our office, organise the workflow as well as deal with customer enquiries
· We need someone with office admin experience
· Sales experience
· Dealing with Telephone Enquiries
· Dealing with customers face to face customers taking orders
· Good Standard of English preferred, as the job will also involve proof reading
· Be able to work under pressure and remain calm
We are small friendly company which is quite popular in the local community
You will be in charge of the office with at least 3 people working with you.
Ours is a seasonal business, the 'rush’ period being March-September. The remaining months are a little more relaxed.
