I am actively recruiting for an Executive Assistant role to join a financial services business based in Birmingham

Description

Your role as an Executive Assistant will involve:

  • Diary management
  • Arranging meetings, preparing PowerPoint presentations and reports in preparation for these meetings
  • Organising and arranging international travel bookings
  • Act as the first point of contact for any internal and external stakeholders
  • Dealing with various queries/enquiries on behalf of the Directors you will be supporting
  • To develop good working relationships

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a knowledge of the financial services/accountancy industry
  • Have worked as an Executive Assistant previously
  • Have experience of working within a fast paced, high pressured role
  • Be able to understand the importance of confidentiality
  • Possess strong organisational skills and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Understand the importance of prioritising tasks based on urgent requirements
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Have a firm knowledge of the Microsoft Office Packages including Word and Excel
  • Have a strong educational background, ideally educated to degree level
