Brand Manager - FMCG Birmingham

My client is seeking an experienced FMCG Brand Manager, to take over a portfolio of home brands - to achieve this you will possess experience of product and instore communications such as packaging and POS.

A recent growth in the home baking marketplace has helped my client, develop and hone their brands into a range to suit all tastes, that can be found in department stores, specialist retailers and online

Duties will include:

· Creating 600 page annual trade catalogue

· Manage a portfolio of brands

· Define brand propositions for each brand in your portfolio which will include a consumer road map

· Consumer targeted communications - drawing out all product features including copywriting, briefing design and photography

· Create up to 400 packaging SKU’s including developing new pack identities and constructions

· Develop instore campaigns: launch packs. POS and merchandising concepts · Brand engagement: creating inspiring social media and web content

· Brand guardianship To be considered for this role you ideally need experience in the following areas: · FMCG/D brand management

· Instore communications expertise: Packaging and POS

· Channel management understanding

· Creative briefing to agencies

· Copywriting skills

· Working to tight deadlines
