Customer Service Advisor - Sales Team

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our Contact Centre based in central Birmingham. By giving our customers an outstanding experience, we are making National Express their number one choice. It's a team effort - and our Customer Service Advisors are on the frontline. Working in a fast pace environment, you will provide detailed travel and ticket information over the telephone, using your initiative to solve any customer problems. In effect, you will be an ambassador for our brand - helpful, polite and always well presented. Using the knowledge and understanding of our products and services you will be assisting customers with their queries.
This is a 12 month fixed contract vacancy, working 30 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 days pattern. Shifts are constructed on a rotating basis with earliest starts at 8am and latest finish at 10.15pm.
All you need to join us, are excellent people skills and a can-do attitude. Ideally, you will have previous experience within the customer service sector. Using your excellent communication skills, you will be supporting our customers and providing the best possible service standards. Ability to work both independently or as part of a team is essential for this role as well as excellent telephone manners.
