Fleet Operations Advisor
Now recruiting for an enthusiastic customer focused person to work within our Clients Fleet Customer Service Team.
The role of Fleet Operations Advisor is to provide services to SME's and large Corporate Fleets as well as personal leasing customers.
As a Fleet Operations Advisor, you will be managing all services from activating agreements to the collection of vehicles after contracts have terminated. Ensuring customers are supported throughout their journey, preparation of quotes, raising vehicle orders, contract amendments, daily general enquiries and managing the end of contract and vehicle return process.
You will be passionate about offering exceptional customer service to your customers, possess a professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, happy to take ownership of your own workloads, but also enjoy being part of a fun, dynamic and customer focused team.
You will have worked within a B2B or customer service business, ideally, financial services or the automotive industry, have the desire to learn and develop within the role and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

40 Hours per week Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm. There may also be the occasional Saturday working.
