This is a rare unique green field opportunity providing the chance to launch a new division for a market leader, build a team and expand the territory - real opportunity to make your mark - This will suit a New Business Hunter / Sales Manager - Basic £40k+ dependant on the individual Double OTE plus car & additional benefits!
We are representing the UK's largest franchise business for one of the worlds leading Telecommunications firms, with around 40 stores in the UK they are ready to launch a new division and are seeking an experienced hire to help them to achieve their objectives.
This will be an opportunity to build a new department for a fantastic business to work for.
There is a lot of support from the network and the company offers good infrastructure, an open door policy and direct touch to senior management with no red tape.
This is the chance to make your mark and build a department from scratch for a business where you can get things done quickly.
The role will be to launch, start and develop their new SMB division from scratch.
You will be hunting for new business bringing on board new clients and managing & building a Sales team.
This role will involve generating leads, making appointments, presenting the proposition to Businesses and bringing them on board as a client. This is a full 360 sales role where you will hunt for new business and then retain, maximise & build the client relationship.
There is flexibility with the role being office, field & home based you will have full autonomy. There territory is Birmingham with the potential for this expand long term.
You would be selling into all sectors and all sized businesses at a senior level such as Director level.
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar capacity with a strong track record.
You must possess the following:
- Strong track record
- New business Sales experience
- Experience within the telecommunications sector
- B2B Sales
