Project Manager (Financial Services office), Bromsgrove
This is an exciting new role and our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is keen to take on the challenge of growing the project function within the Operations division of a rapidly expanding company of Financial Advisers.
Some knowledge of financial services/compliance issues, etc would be highly desirable, along with a couple of years experience in a project role.
A solid understanding and control of project processes and marketing, combined with strong IT abilities, including use of the range of Microsoft packages and project management software as you will be involved in developing the companies online presence and ensuring project support throughout the implementation schedule.
Budget expenditures/work planning/working to project deadlines/self motivation, are all skills that will be required to undertake this role successfully.
Current projects in hand within the business are focussing on transitioning a new CRM system and focussing on brand awareness/marketing/website development. There are further projects in the pipeline so a degree of flexibility will be needed.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal are required as you will be required to coordinate with the management team and other internal stakeholders.
