An oppertunity has become available for a temporary credit controller to join a well established business based in Cannock

Duties include:

• Manage a designated receivables ledger as part of a credit team
• Ensure accurate cash allocation and reconciliation of customer accounts
• Maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records
• Work with a minimum of supervision on collection of overdue accounts
• Perform additional credit checks for parts and services orders where system has blocked order due to credit exceed
• Contact customers in a timely manner in order to maximise payment of outstanding debt
• Deal with customer enquiries including providing copy invoices
• Follow through on invoice disputes and liaise with customer and business areas accordingly to resolve in a timely manner
• Generate customer statements on monthly and ad hoc basis
