Main Duties
*Taking responsibility for a set of customers made up of past accounts that order from consumables.
*Responsible for managing the customers day to day,
*Developing the accounts by identifying, creating and closing new sale opportunities
*Building excellent relationships with your customers,
*Understanding customer requirements
*Overcoming any daily obstacles to ensure the customer is retained and happy with our service.

Key Tasks
*Contribute towards company KPI's by meeting and exceeding personal and group targets.
*Plan and prioritise personal sales activities
*Manage personal customer contact
*Achieve agreed targets including managing down time and general productivity.
*Understand customer needs and requirements and
*Identify the opportunities to build pipelines.
*Close Leads
*Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and within given time-scales.
*Use excellent telephone and communication skills when talking to both external and internal customers,
*Use appropriate proposals and ethical sales methods with a view to achieve objectives and or to achieve business growth.
*Use internal customer contact tools and systems
*Manage the day to day running of your data
*Ensure systems are maintained and updated at all times.
*Have a "can do "will do" approach to work.
*Adopt best practices within the team,
*Share and highlight areas where the team and our customers can benefit either through different ways of working or approaches.
