Job Purpose
To control all Q orders through specification, build and delivery. Ensuring that sales information and Q Leads are correctly prioritised, answered and timely feedback is given to dealers and customers

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Support the overall Q process for all basic sales activity. Where appropriate the role will also drive / control these processes:
• Prospecting
• Dealer enquiries

Be the hub for all customer related activity and information regarding Q Sales:
• Control / monitor the 'Q in box' to meet information return and build targets
• Manage all customers build information
• Liaise with manufacturing and PD to provide regular status reports
• Liaise with Sales DSE's to raise payment and shipping invoices
• Raise dealer margin credits
• Coordinate customer specifications and special requests
• Manage Q data tracker for feature / part / cost information
• Update DCS in line with order changes
• Produce sign-off sheets for customer orders

Qualifications & Experience
• Degree / Tertiary education - business based
• Secondary education with numerate basis
• Worked in a sales support role
• Worked in commercial / luxury marketing / sales
• Automotive knowledge
• High level of MS Office competence
• Numerate
• DCS - basic + skill level
• Goldcrest - basic
• Open / good communicator
