About our client

My Client is a leading New Homes Developer looking for a Sales Executive to join the Sales and Marketing department.

Job Description

Specific Responsibilities

Reporting into the Area sales manager the individual will fulfill:

Liaising with the Sales & Marketing team and the Customer Support Executives.
Deliver and achieve targets set by the business to achieve wider sales targets.
Secure reservations from customers by presenting and selling them into their new homes or selling the locations in sales events.
Generate sales leads and support the customer support executive.
Generate reports of enquiries from multiple sources including database systems.
Qualify levels of interest, evaluate needs, chase prospective clients and follow up sales enquiries.
Set up visiting appointments and advise customers of additional costs with moving while promoting extra services offered.
Handle all parts of the sale of the property along with handling reservation transactions and providing a smooth handover to the customer service executive to continue the customer service journey.

The successful applicant

Previous New Homes Sales Experience
Strong interpersonal and Negotiation skills
Professional and approachable manner
Strong Microsoft and database administration skills
Full UK driving License
