About our client

Our Client is a leading New Homes Developer and is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join the Sales and Marketing department.

Job Description

Specific Responsibilities

Reporting into the Area Sales Manager individual will fulfil:

Liaising with the Sales Executive and the Sales and Marketing department.
Deliver and achieve targets set by the business to meet objectives.
Support the Sales Executive by working with them to focus on continuous sales activity.
Provide seamless sales support services for all customers and homeowners to promote the very best customer satisfaction.
Liaise with third party agents, solicitors and reservists with regular weekly contact to ensure the transition is smooth into the new property.
Liaise with construction colleagues to ensure the completion of deadlines for developments are on target and to customer satisfaction.

The successful applicant

Proven experience of concluding sales and delivering excellent customer experience.
Ability to engage and manage third parties while understanding the customers' needs and focussing on the customer relationship.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office and database skills
Approachable, interpersonally strong individual.
Tenacious and results driven with the ability to use own initiative.
