We have an exciting contract opportunity for a Head of Marketing Channel Optimisation to join our team in Walsall, to oversee our customer channel strategy.

We are looking for an experienced marketer, to be accountable for the development, maintenance and communication of HomeServe's acquisition and retention customer channel strategy including overall interaction volumes by channel, by customer segment. Responsible for identifying potential new engagement channels, you will also be accountable for the development, maintenance and communication of HomeServe's aggregated channel plan with consolidated interaction volume forecasts by channel by day, minimisation of variations against forecast and ensuring all impacted parties are fully informed of forecast details and revisions.

Further duties to include:

* Being responsible for ensuring the co-ordination of all digital components of acquisition and retention activity relating to campaigns.
* Be accountable for establishing an agreed self-service strategy for customer acquisition and renewal, for both online and offline self-service and for initiating continuous improvement activities to increase the percentage and volume of customers undertaking self-service activities
* Accountable for ensuring effective communication and process management between Acquisition and Retention Segment Management teams, Marketing Operations and Customer Service & Sales.

About You

As a highly experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of leading large teams and significant demands of stakeholders, you'll also have:

* Experience of making ROI decisions, creative ownership - experience across delivery of multi channel campaigns - including DM, Telemarketing and Digital. Above the line experience is also preferable
* Knowledge and working understanding of the key digital acquisition channels including PPC, SEO, Aggregators, Cash back, email and display and the ability to optimise brand reach, presence, traffic and, ultimately, sales volumes.
* Experience of managing relationships with digital third parties such as search engines, intermediaries and aggregators.
* Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to identify trends, understand campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation of campaigns.
* Sound understanding of budgetary management, forecasting and planning skills.

Acquisition & Loyalty/Retention experience and process improvement experience within Financial Services would be advantageous.
