FACILITIES ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
FACILITIES ADMINISTRATION OFFICER should ideally have experience of working with SAP systems with experience of raising purchase orders and goods receipting.
FACILITIES ADMINISTRATION OFFICER Must have experience of working with Microsoft Packages, such as Word, Excel and Outlook emails and calendars. Good communication is essential Candidate should be well presented and punctual each day.

As a Facilities Officer you will be a well organised individual and play a key part in the Facilities Team.No two days are the same in this role as you will be involved in a whole host of different activities.
The role of Facilities Administration Officer will include -
??Covering reception and switchboard duties
??Sorting internal and external post
??Liaising with internal and external customers via phone, email and face to face
??General administration duties
Skills and experiences -
??You will have a confident, friendly and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
??A good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (or similar) and experience in a customer service environment is essential
??A full, clean driving licence and flexible approach is also essential as you may be required to travel to external site stores
