Our client is a large, well established construction and plant hire company and due to growth they are looking for an experienced administrator to join their friendly and busy team.
- General office administration using a variety of software and office equipment.
- Scanning, processing, documenting and archiving important documentation.
- Inputting data accurately.
- Checking important paperwork is up to date and current.
- Demonstrable background in administration.
- Attention to detail and understanding the importance of keeping essential records up to date.
- Accurate data input ability and good MS Office knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player but can work unsupervised.
If you have previous experience of plant hire that would be a distinct advantage!
Benefits include 20 days holiday plus statutory days and the working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30 to 5.
