Your new role
The Recruitment Manager role is a new role within the HR function to build and deliver an internal recruitment service across the organisation. The role will review candidate attraction and assessment methodologies across the organisation. The Recruitment Manager will develop the use of social media and direct sourcing and put in place a preferred supplier list. The postholder will partner with the business to understand short term requirement and longer term workforce planning, and then develop talent pools and drive succession planning in the business. The Recruitment Manager will advise on recruitment strategies and coach mangers on assessment best practice.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have strong experience as an Internal Recruitment Management within a multi-sited business, including operational resourcing management and strategic workforce planning. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous success in process improvement and in reducing annual recruitment costs.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of GBP30,000 to GBP50,000 plus benefits. The Recruitment Manager role is a new role and so this is a unique opportunity to create a centralised recruitment function which will establish the employer, attract the best talent, improve the candidate experience and reduce recruitment costs.
