We are currently recruiting for an office administrator for an established manufacturing company based in the heart of Telford.

The purpose of the role is to offer administrative support and work closley with the Office Manager.

Daily duties would include:

Purchase Ledger/Accounts
Order parts for contract items as required as well as stationery as and when needed, various items for engineers and consumables'
collate all timesheets to produce wage report to be forwarded relevant party
Ensure all shipping documentation is filled out correctly
Quotations as and when needed
Offer support for any colleagues away form the business

Your hours would be 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1/2 hour for lunch
