Working within a fast-paced customer service supply chain team you will manage a dedicated portfolio of Business to Business customers. You will be accountable for providing first class support and operate as a key link between customers and internal divisions.

You will be accountable for ensuring that product availability for store delivery, as well as export orders are on time and in full. A varied and high-pressure role, you will manage orders from start to finish. This will include price checks for initial enquiries, monitoring inventory and stock availability and co-ordinating deliveries.

Role will require a confident problem solver, with strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally. Strong communication will be key as you will be a central contact for internal divisions as well as being first point of contact for business customers. This is an extremely fast paced environment supplying into major retailers, therefore you will need to be someone that can prioritise and work under pressure.

You will have solid attention to detail skills and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. You will use various systems on a day to day basis and we are in particular looking for a candidate with strong Excel skills. Candidates that have used v lookups and formula will be at a distinct advantage.

The successful Customer Services Account Coordinator/Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Have experience of working within a similar customer services role ideally working within a manufacturing or logistics or export or supply chain environment. You may currently be working within inventory management, demand management or stock control and wish to further your skills.
  • Ideally experience of resolving supply/product availability issues;
  • Have worked ideally within a retail, FMCG or manufacturing environment with a large and complex range of products;
  • Working knowledge of Inventory or Stock planning systems would be advantageous. Microsoft Excel knowledge essential.
