Working within our Reassurance team, you'll enjoy a wide range of responsibilities, with a principal objective of providing expertise and guidance to support various projects and change initiatives across the organisation. We have a busy schedule of projects and corporate transactions on the horizon over the coming months, so you'll find yourself involved with activities such as:
- Assisting Finance Change and Project Managers in gaining an understanding of, capturing and scoping the team's requirements to support project delivery;
- Assisting with the operational delivery of designated projects, including process mapping, data interrogation, testing and the monitoring of progress via accurate and timely MI suitable for a range of internal stakeholders; and
- Ensuring project deliveries achieve the required standards of quality within specified constraints of time and cost.
You'll also represent the Reassurance department at various meetings and working groups, providing updates to senior management on progress towards deliverables, and escalating significant risks, issues and dependencies as they arise.
What we're looking for:
As someone experienced in working in a project driven environment, ideally within a large, regulated organisation, you'll have a flair for analytical thinking and an understanding of how to map out and improve processes. As a strong communicator, you'll have the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
Ideally, you will have reassurance or annuities experience, however, just as important as your technical expertise is an ability to think creatively, with a passion for suggesting and implementing novel solutions to any problems which may arise. We love working with confident verbal and written communicators; whether drafting requirements documents or providing concise and effective updates to managers and other project stakeholders when required.
