An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our business on a permanent basis which is based in Coventry, West Midlands.

Our Company manufacture and supply cleaning liquids, powders and tablets products to suit all professional, retail and export cleaning and hygiene requirements with a commitment to quality and customer service.

Overview of role:

  • Setting up and maintaining working files for all projects ensuring content is up to date from beginning to end of project.

  • Updating timelines on a weekly basis for each project.

  • Obtain copies of quotes and invoices from external suppliers and update the budgetary records.

  • Update and maintain product data files in a centralised library.

  • Update project control documents.

  • Take minutes of meetings and issue action points in a timely manner.

  • Complete accurate customer documentation related to achieving new line listings.

  • Obtain product samples (competitor products and new products)

  • Ensure samples arrive with customers within a timely manner and in a good condition.

  • Other ad hoc and administrative duties as required.

The successful candidatewill:

  • Be keen with a willingness to learn new skills.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Possess a good basic level of numeracy and literacy.

  • Be a strong team player.

  • Have the ability and willingness to solve problems through to completion.

  • Have excellent time management whilst delivering work in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Be able to plan and prioritise workloads.

  • Demonstrate they are IT proficient with experience in using Microsoft Office.

  • Be well organised and able to demonstrate initiative.

  • Have previous experience of working within an Administrative role.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships.
