Salary: GBP35,000 per annum (GBP17.50 per hour) + excellent benefits
A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home based in Coventry. This warm and friendly home provides person centred care to the elderly. This versatile service also provides care to residents with challenging behaviour, schizophrenia, as well as residents who have hearing, visual and speech impairments. The home provides a welcoming and homely atmosphere for the residents and their families and encourages residents to engage in a range of activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their excellent nursing homes in Coventry. The home is ideally situated in the Stoke area of Coventry and is close to local shops and public transport links. This home prides itself in the quality of care that they provide to their residents. The Home Manager is looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely with them to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
