This is an exciting greenfield Procurement Manager role that is providing the opportunity to develop a team and increase procurement delivery and portfolio across an organisation.

Client Details

This non for profit charitable organisation has created this role as they see the value that procurement and contract management can offer to the business when aiming to achieve there long term objectives.


The key responsibilities for this role include:

- Strategically sourcing the corporate spend (predominately professional services) from end to end across the organisation.

- Contract managing both internal customers and suppliers post award to ensure that agreements are adhered to.

- Supplier Relationship Management; managing current suppliers, introducing new suppliers and building long term relationships to enable continuous improvement.

- Managing and developing other members of the team to ensure delivery is maximised.


- Proven track record in improving procurement delivery and perception within an organisation.

- Knowledge and understanding of working within a regulated environment.

- Strong SRM and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience of managing or mentoring more junior members of staff.

- MCIPS or equivalent.

Job Offer

£47,000 to £56,000 + benefits.
