Regulatory Solicitor - Friendly, Relaxed Environment

A renowned Legal 500 listed full service national law firm is keen to appoint a Regulatory Solicitor to be based at the firms' Birmingham city centre office and join the practices' nationally recognised Regulatory Team.

The firm offers the full spectrum of legal services within the commercial, public, health, education and insurance sectors and has a headcount nearing 500 people with offices based throughout the country. Many of its lawyers are highly ranked in both Chambers and the Legal 500 and the firm acts for some notable clients on matters that often receive public attention.

As a consequence of expansion, the firms' Regulatory Team is looking to grow with the hire of a solicitor from 1 to 4 years' PQE who has gained regulatory experience working in a Top 100 practice and who is keen to work alongside a partner who has a very good reputation in the market. The team deals with the full remit of regulatory matters to include health & safety, environmental, food & beverages and financial regulation so the team is equally as open to speaking with someone who has regulatory experience in a specific, niche area as well as those who currently deal with a broad remit of regulatory instructions emanating from a variety of sectors. Any advocacy experience will be looked upon favourably as will any experience gained at representing clients at PACE interviews.

This is a firm that prides itself on promoting a very relaxed and informal environment and is particularly keen to invest in its staff so not only will you be paid a competitive salary and receive a comprehensive benefits package, you will be exposed to high calibre, top quality matters meaning that you will enjoy long term career prospects for you to progress through the firms' structure and you will also have a good deal of client contact.
