HR Manager

A successful organisation based in Ross-on-Wye has a requirement for an HR Manager to join their team. This role requires you take lead on all HR issues for the organisation. You will be a member of the management team acting as the HR Business Partner with the responsibility of managing the HR Officer.

To be suitable for this position you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally be CIPD qualified. You will also have been involved in managing complex ER cases and should be able to demonstrate a good mix of generalist HR skills. A good knowledge of employment law and change management is necessary. This company has 7 sites in total and will require some travel to those sites therefore a full, clean driving licence will be required as well as multi-site experience.
